We love giving back to our community so we are hosting our first canned food drive with the Houston Food Bank! This link has a list of all the canned items that are most in need! Donation items are worth between 2 to 5 points so start racking up those points! All donations can be dropped off at our office in CBB 512F! Just make sure to let an officer know!
We are all excited for our first cook night! During cook night, we will prepare the goodies that will be sold at the bake sale and we will also be making cute Valentine's Day decorations. We can't do this all alone so we accept donations! You can see what items we need through this link! You can also sign up for time slots to volunteer during the actual bake! We want you to feel prepared for Career Fair and land that dream internship! Come out to our Career Fair Prep Night and learn ways to impress recruiters! We will be having Ashley Phillips from MattressFirm helping you with your 30 Second Me, Lori Osborn from RCC showing you how to use Gateway and passing out Career Fair wristbands, Tricia Barrios from GEICO giving out advice on how to dress, and two recruiters from Wunderman reviewing resumes! We are partnering with RCC and AMA to host this info session with Target! Target will talk about summer internships and full-time leadership positions that are available! They will collect resumes at the end so make sure to bring your resumes! RCC recommends a minimum of business casual. However, if you want an internship or job with Target, they advise to dress business professional! Also, make sure to RSVP through the Bauer Career Gateway through this link !
